Brian Levine

Executive Director

Since 2007, Brian Levine has been providing dynamic leadership and a new strategic vision to repositioning the organization and its signature project, The Glenn Gould Prize, as a leading world-level arts institution.  He was co-founder of The Dorian Group, Ltd., a leading independent classical and world music label.  A native of Toronto, Brian was educated at University College and University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

In January 2013, Brian was awarded a Diamond Jubilee Medal from The Right Honourable Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada and The Honourable David C. Onley, Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario.  The Medal honoured Brian's achievements in music education for children and building The Glenn Gould Foundation into an internationally-known arts organization.  

 

Clelia Farrugia

Director of Development

Multilingual executive Clelia Farrugia joins The Glenn Gould Foundation after holding senior positions with managerial, developmental and fundraising achievements in international arts organizations, including the European Music Office in Brussels, a pan-European organization representing the interests of the music sector in relation to the European Union. A longtime lover of the arts, she holds a degree in Business Management and a degree in Theatre Studies. At The Glenn Gould Foundation, she provides the leadership and strategic coordination of all fundraising efforts.

 

Victoria Buchy

Director of Operations

Victoria Buchy holds a BA in Music Administration and a Certificate in Writing from Western University.  Her previous management experience includes subscription, fundraising and membership campaigns for various arts organizations.  She is thrilled to be part of a team dedicated to celebrating and expanding Glenn Gould's legacy.  A music and culture enthusiast, Victoria studies voice and is actively involved in Toronto's vibrant artistic communities.

 

Dorota Dziong

Administration and Development Coordinator

Dorota Dziong brings with her extensive experience as administrator and project manager in grassroots, not-for-profit and fundraising organizations. With a background in visual arts, she maintains an active painting practice. Dorota is delighted to work with an organization that makes an exciting contribution to the cultural landscape in Canada and celebrates the uniquely creative work of Glenn Gould.
